I am blessed to say that I met Heather at the Gala in January. What an amazing lady and such determination! She was not about to let this horrible disease take her down without a fight and from our short time of talking and sharing our stories, I can bet that Heather gave it the fight of her life!!
I am saddened at the news of her passing and I send to her family and friends my condolences.
I can bet though that she will keep things alive in Heaven!!
